Project Administrative Assistant
1. Responsible to all administrative job in the project, provide general administrative support and projects as directed.
2. Perform individual project filing and safekeeping all the projects related documents.
3. Compile all the progress report from project team and presentation for weekly project meeting.
4. Compiles and distributes meeting minutes.
5. Assist with general office administrative tasks such as ordering and maintain inventory of the appliances and equipment.
6. Monthly attendance report and leaves record of sub-contractors.
7. Assist Project Manager/Director.
8. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.
- One year administrative office experience in fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedure, customer service principles and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Good command in English and Mandarin.
- Able to work independently.
- Location: Senai, Johor
